Description
Premium Shoumei White Tea Cake is made from tea leaves farmed in the Taimu mountains of Fuding, China. This contributes to their mellow yet fruity flavour, with acute notes of herbaceous in every cup.
Once plucked, the Shoumei White Tea leaves are prepared the traditional way. of being dried and withered in the sun. They are then stone molded and pressed to create the 350g tea cakes. Resembling birds’ nests, the tea is pressed into cakes for both the ease of transportation and storage. While Premium Shoumei White Tea cake can be brewed and enjoyed immediately, the tea cakes can be stored in a cool, dry place for years or even decades. Like a fine wine, this will improve its taste and value over time, with aged Premium Shoumei White Tea cake fetching a high price from devoted steepsters.
